The popular online poker website FullTiltPoker.com, has just announced that finally they will feature the Full Tilt Online Poker Series or “FTOPS” a few weeks from now. This well-known tournament will commence with a $216 no-limit Texas Hold em tournament. The Texas Hold em poker tournament will feature a $15 million prize pool. The Fulltilt Poker tournament has 25 poker events with the main poker events on Sunday, November 16th which will award $2.5 million in prize money.
There is an opportunity for any poker player to show their skills in the Texas Hold em tournament, by coming first in as many satellite games as they are able to do. Judging by how many satellite games you take first place in, the more poker chips you will get. If you are successful in winning more satellite Texas Hold em games than the other competitors, you will receive the tournament equivalent of two more FTOPS buy-ins. The satellite Texas Hold em games are open right now, and all registered users of Full Tilt Poker can play.
The FTOPS tournament launched in 2006 and it had 8 events and a $1 million prize pool. Since then, the Texas Hold Em Tournament has become tremendously well-known, with last years poker event hosting 25 Texas Hold em events and prizes of over $15 million. The tenth edition of the tournament will present a Two-Day Event with unprecedented buy-ins of $2500-$5000. The first two-day event was FTOPS V, that FTOPS tournament had a prize pool that totaled over $400,000. FTOPS X’s Two-Day event has a assured pool of at least $2 million. This Two-Day Texas Hold Em tournament will kick-off on Saturday, November 15th.
